HiFluid also manufactures complete engineered systems for real-world industrial use, not just individual components.
Hydrogen Compression System
This system integrates:
- Hydraulically driven gas booster
- Hydraulic power unit
- Cooling system
- Electrical control cabinet
- Valves, gauges, and instrumentation
- Built-in safety protections
It uses high-pressure hydraulic oil to drive the piston, providing complete physical isolation between hydrogen and the hydraulic fluid — ensuring zero hydrogen contamination.
Output pressure range: 45–100 MPa (450–1,000 bar).
Design Highlights
- Explosion-proof / intrinsically safe electrical components
- Load-sensing hydraulic drive system → adjusts flow and pressure automatically
- High sealing performance, low vibration, stable operation
- Flexible start-stop behavior and easy maintenance
Use Cases
- Hydrogen refueling stations (35 MPa / 70 MPa)
- Green hydrogen production
- Cylinder filling
- Chemical hydrogenation
- High-pressure hydrogen testing
